I started my career with Aflac in 2017 and rose to a leadership role within my first 2 years in the industry. Previously, I spent over 4 years as a medical biller making sure that patients understood the ins and outs of their coverage. Time and time again I came across the same pattern, people were confused about their benefits and not exactly thrilled to discuss their coverage with the overwhelming industry lingo. While serving as a community outreach intern at Children’s Hospital LA, I realized that the Latino community was amongst the most uninformed about their options. After receiving my bachelor’s in business, I decided to dive in and expand my knowledge. I'm passionate about making the dreaded insurance conversation as simple as possible and giving peace of mind to my clients when they need it most. Se habla español.
