With over 25 years of experience as a versatile sales executive, Joshua has worked extensively in Europe and the U.S. His commitment to identifying and developing insurance brokers and agents has led to the successful creation of multi-million-dollar wholesale and IFP strategies. Joshua's contributions extend beyond his professional endeavors.

He served as the Industry Chair for Life Science and Healthcare at the German American Business Association, Southern California Chapter, from 2014 to 2018. Under his leadership, he organized forums and conferences that facilitated knowledge sharing and business opportunities between German and American industry leaders.
