In her role, Mona will elevate and expand White Wing’s aggressive online digital strategy, streamline internal processes and help business team members maximize their abilities.

Beginning her career as an agent with New York Life in 2015, she later transitioned out as an independent agent with a focus on providing individual and worksite benefits. Mona has been appointed with Aflac since 2019.

A graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills she holds an MBA, for Master’s in Information System & Enterprise Technologies. She is a Dale Carnegie graduate, and a certified High-Performance Leadership trainer. Mona has served on the boards of several philanthropies over the last 15 years and currently gives back to the community through service with her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Incorporated.
