Joshua Schneeloch

Founder

Joshua Schneeloch is an accomplished and visionary leader in the insurance industry with a rich background in business development. His journey began with a move from Germany to the United States, where he quickly rose to prominence as one of the top enhanced-benefits consultants across the U.S. West Coast territory. Joshua's expertise lies in helping companies reduce their health insurance premiums through innovative cost-cutting strategies, and in equipping licensed professionals with the digital prospecting and selling techniques that grow their books of business.

With more than 25 years of experience as a versatile sales executive across Europe and the United States, Joshua has built his career around a single conviction: that the insurance agent is the most important and most underserved participant in the market. His commitment to identifying and developing brokers and agents has produced successful multi-million-dollar wholesale for small groups and IFP (Individual & Family Plan) strategies, and he is known for fostering a high-performance, other-centered culture that emphasizes personal and professional growth in service of collective success.

A Trusted Partner to Brokers
The brokers and agents who have worked alongside Joshua over the years consistently describe the same experience: a partner who is deeply invested in their success. Many credit their transition from captive or single-carrier limitations to thriving, multi-line independent practices to the infrastructure, mentorship, and hands-on support he provides. For the producers in his network, Joshua is not a distant executive but an accessible ally who measures his own success by theirs, and that reputation is a large part of why so many stay and refer others into the fold.

A Trusted Advisor to Business Owners
Business owners value Joshua for the clarity he brings to one of their most stressful decisions. In a market defined by rising premiums and shrinking options, he has earned a reputation among small-employer clients for cutting through complexity, protecting their bottom line, and designing benefits their employees actually understand and appreciate. Many return to him year after year and send their peers his way because he treats every client's business as if it were his own.

Industry Leadership & Service
Joshua is an active contributor to the professional community that shapes his industry. He serves in Professional Development and Awards for NABIP Region 8 (the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals) and remains active in his local NABIP chapter and with CAHIP-LA (the California Association of Health Insurance Professionals, Los Angeles), where he supports the education, recognition, and advancement of fellow benefits professionals. He is also a regular contributor to Cal Broker Magazine, sharing thought leadership on technology, distribution, and the future of the independent agent.

His service to the industry extends internationally. From 2014 to 2018, he served as Industry Chair for Life Science and Healthcare at the German American Business Association, Southern California Chapter, where he organized forums and conferences that facilitated knowledge sharing and business opportunities between German and American industry leaders.

Recognition
Throughout his career, Joshua has earned notable recognition, including a Who's Who Award honoring Germany's most influential strategic marketing authorities in 2002, and the Money 2.0 Outstanding Leadership Award in 2022 for his creative and innovative contributions to the field of finance including several carrier sales achievements recognitions.

Author & Scholar
Beyond his professional achievements, Joshua is a author. His documentary project, The Favored Son and a book drawn from a life journey that began in a German orphanage and led to founding a technology-powered insurance platform in America traces the resilience and vision that define his leadership. He holds a Master of Arts in Sales and Strategic Marketing from the University of Hamburg, Germany.

Administrator

A founding member of White Wing Insurance Solutions, Sherry John has helped shape the company from its earliest days. Today she anchors White Wing's daily operations and customer service, making sure that every client, broker, and partner who reaches out is met with responsive, professional, and dependable support. She is often the first point of contact and the steady hand behind the scenes the person who keeps commitments moving and relationships intact.

That instinct for people is no accident. Sherry brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, relationship management, and platform building. Earlier in her career, she helped elevate entrepreneur and author John Hope Bryant onto the national stage, securing appearances across major television networks and managing publicity for his bestselling business book, How the Poor Can Save Capitalism. Work at that level demands precision, discretion, and the ability to open doors, and Sherry built her reputation doing exactly that.

Her value has always reached well beyond administration. Sherry understands how to connect people, ideas, and opportunities, and she has spent her career building relationships across the entertainment, publishing, business, and nonprofit worlds, turning introductions into partnerships and visibility into lasting impact.

At White Wing, she brings all of it together: a communications pedigree, a service-first mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence that keeps the company running. Sherry John is woven into both White Wing's history and its future.
