Francis Parish Joins WWIS As CFO and Consultant of Investor Relationships

Francis Parish joins WWIS as CFO and Consultant of Investor Relationships. In his role, he will raise WWIS' profile, identity and secure future investors and partners.

Francis will be an integral member of the leadership team, responsible for developing an investor relationship program and maximizing White Wing’s impact in the insurance market space.

In his role, Francis will provide collaborative, forward thinking leadership while enhancing existing programs and preparing them for investor presentation. Additionally, he is looking forward to advancing WWIS’ financial service delivery and expanding its reach through technology and online based solutions.

Francis Parish is a seasoned Strategy and Finance executive with more than 25 years of Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Strategy, and Corporate Finance experience in a wide variety of industries. As a consultant his clients have ranged from start ups to companies with multibillion-dollar sales. Private equity deals have ranged from sub $1 million to $500 million.

He currently serves as an Advisor or CFO to several institutions (both early-stage companies and established enterprises) on strategic and financial endeavors. He previously served as Managing Director for a private merchant bank where he evaluated 100’s of opportunities. With his team, he structured and implemented numerous direct private and public equity investments and several asset management vehicles.

He acted as a Board Member, Trustee, & Chief Financial Officer for several portfolio companies, as well as performed Corporate Development roles. Prior to his Private Equity experience, he worked in Strategy Consulting where he developed value-based strategies for Fortune 100 companies.

He has held Corporate Transaction positions with E&Y and KPMG, where he directed consultant teams on a multitude of domestic and global engagements. He received his BS in Business from USC and his MBA in Strategic Management from Wharton at UPenn.

He is known as a builder of teams and developing strong long-term client relationships. He also served as a contributing member in several Advisory Boards and was working for KPMG and Ernst and Young in Los Angeles.
