Lorna Garcia

Lorna, a native Bay Area resident, received her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2005. She received dual undergraduate degrees from Notre Dame de Namur University. She was a Presidential scholar and on the Dean’s List all four years. As a parent and staunch advocate for her community, she has participated in the following community groups: At Large Trustee for the National Filipino American Lawyers Association, President of North Valley Little League, Community Building Liaison for St. Victor Catholic School, Advisory Board Member of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California, Former Treasurer for the National Filipino American Lawyers Association, Founding Member of Filipino American Lawyer AssociationSilicon Valley Monterey, and Former President of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California. Lorna has also been interviewed on several occasions on ABS-CBN News: Balitang America.


Lorna worked as a Senior Litigation Attorney, representing self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and corporations in all aspects of workers’ compensation. She has an intimate understanding of the legal industry and has developed a strong professional network throughout her career in litigation. Lorna also previously served as in-house counsel, Lead Senior Trial Attorney, for Farmers Insurance Exchange, as well as an Associate Attorney for Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi, and Lead Contracts Coordinator for Adobe Systems. As a seasoned advocate and attorney, Lorna will work closely with her clients to devise a strategy to best achieve their wishes, while also assessing possible risks. Her goal is to cultivate and establish lifelong partnerships with her clients. Lorna is conversational in English, Spanish, Tagalog, and Ilocano. Lorna serves the Northern California area.
